Virus Protection and Prevention

There are many strategies that are surfacing in the scientific world on what can interrupt the viral stages of a disease. The first strategy is to stay healthy in your immune system, also called the Wei Qi Level in the Chinese Model.

If you think you have been exposed, it is a good idea to take a “common” antiviral formula, like Yin Qiao San (lonicera and forsythia combination) . Airborne is based on this Chinese formula, however,  any or all products that contain sugar will diminish the Immune System’s strength.  I suggest staying away from any sources of added sugar.

There is a discussion in the Scientific community regarding an IL-6 cascade, one concept in the cytokine storm idea that can be interrupted by Quercitin, found in Stellar C, and by Andrographis, or also know by the name of Chuan Xin Lian, in the Chinese Herbal Pharmacy.  True Chi’s Wind Heat combines Yin Qiao san and Andrographis/Chuan Xin Lian together for maximin anti-viral protection.

 

Recommendations for your health during the SARS-coV2, and COVID19 outbreak

 

Here is what I recommend for you in terms of PREVENTION, and

  1. Take True Chi Immune Power, one TSP a day
    1. Herbs in the Formula: Astragalus, Ling Zhi/Reishi, Bai Zhi/Angelica Dahurica, Wu Wei Zi/Schizandra, Fang Feng/Ledebourielle, Bai Zhu/Atractylodes,
  2. Take Vit C, 2000 mg spread over 4 hours increments, preferably with Quercitin,

Designs for Health. Liposomal is not recommended at this time.

  1. Zinc, one pill a day
  2. Vitamin D, 10,000 iu per day
  3. A mild Anti-viral herbal formula preventatively. This could be: Yin Qiao San, Gan Mao Ling, Chuan Xin Lian, Andrographis, Zhong Gan Ling, True Chi Wind-Heat,  True Chi Wind-Cold.

Zhong Gan Ling, Xiao Chai Hu Tang, Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao Tang.

Take 2 doses a day

If you get the Virus, switch to Xiao Chai Hu Tang and Andrographis combined. Take a dose every 2 hours.

  1. Andrographis and Quercitin are IL-6 disruptors and good to take. Take once or twice a day
  2. CDP Choline disrupts PLA2 activity and is a key for the Inflammation, destruction and Pain, take 250 mg a day and if you test postitive for the virus, Take 2400 mg per day.
  3. Silvercillan, Gargle, Spray in the Throat, Spray in the nose. At least once a day.
  4. Essentials Oils, “Thieves” combination, Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Thyme, rosemary, Ravansara, Eucalyptus Radiata, Peppermint. These can be used for inhalation therapy, diffusing, atomizing or nebulizing, room spray, surface spray, added to Hand Sanitizer or a chest rub (after diluting with a carrier oil). Use liberally.

 

Helping your body to mimic a high fever by doing a far infrared sauna, a hot bath or anything you can to promote sweating in recommended by Chinese Medicine practitoners with any cold or flu virus.

 

Do Not Take Aspirin, Tylenol (*Dr. Shaw), Ibuprofen (worst-*Harvard Medical Center)  or any NSAID anti-inflammatories at this time.

 

There is a formula that is being used in China for helping patients to recover from the COVID19, called Qing Fei Pai Du tang, but one of the herbs is not possible to source any longer, so we keep finding ways to heal without this principal herb.
