Therese supports an integrated view of the entire human being. Taking into account all levels of energetic awareness, Therese treats the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual disharmonies that contribute to the disintegration of form and function of the Body's systems. Through treatment, pathways of energy and blood circulation are released, and flow restored, the body's own regeneration instincts are engaged to enhance vitality.
Therese has guided many patients through conception to full-term pregnancies, attended to laboring and delivering mothers, and cared for post-partum and nursing mothers and their children.
Therese's specialties include: Autoimmune and Chronic Degenerative Diseases, Emotional Disorders, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Sexuality and Health, CCM Oncolgy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Tai Qi and ViniYoga.
"I have always perceived the human being as an intricate composition of energetic routes and 'Health' as the unobstructed flow of these subtle energies within a biological structure. Human beings are intrinsically regenerative and when properly supported therapeutically, the body's instinctive wisdom will seek a state of vitality and dynamic health."
Therese lives in San Jose. She shares her life and ideas with her Husband Neal, stepson, Sean and Daughters, Natisse and Genevieve. Her dogs "Xiao Qi" (Small Energy) and Sparky keep the family entertained and on their toes.
I envision a world of change in the health of all people by the systematic education and implementation of using Nature's Pharmacy for healing and supporting the body, mind and spirit. Entering the stream of 5000 years of recorded observable and natural phenomenon, I honor my position as a transmitter of the knowledge of Chinese Medicine to the people who are seeking wholeness through health and well-being, administering to those in need, using all of the modalities for creating the free flow of qi, which promotes health in all beings. My mission as a true chi health detective allows me to find all the clues the body offers in the form of symptom expression and interpret them accurately and offer treatment solutions to bring the body back into homeostatic balance.
To be an inspirational force in supporting an avenue for change towards better health, better education, utilizing ethical and ecological health business practices in the lives of patients, customers, clients, friends and families throughout the world.

Love in my heart for you forever. Thank you. Sandra M.
I was with D--- when he checked his messages the other day, and heard the one you left congratulating him on his progress. I was so impressed and have never felt better about having recommended someone. You are really amazing at what you do. D--- and I both would and will refer you to others in a heartbeat. Your guidance has been invaluable in my life. (you’ll be happy to know that I swam in a pool alone two weeks ago—in the deep end). Thank you for sharing your wisdom with my Mother’s acupuncturist. I believe it is due in great part to her treatments that she has remained so strong.
With great respect, Amelia N.

You may never fully know how much I appreciate the role you have played in my mom getting off the meds. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Bruce S.
I was having pain when I turned either direction in the lower back right at the waist. I had countless massages to no real satisfaction of the problem. An NET practitioner suggested we check for an emotional component. By way of muscle testing, it was determined there was an emotional issue and the time of this original event was at my conception. What I realized during this session that I was mad at God for having me incarnate again when I had been promised no more “trips” in the physical body. I literally “turned” my back on God. My parents made me go to Sunday School and Church, but I didn’t feel any desire at all to be there. I believed in God but never acknowledged the Presence in my life
Then through a series of events in the early 90’s I was awakened. God, first of all sent into my life a deeply spiritual woman to assist me in the awakening process. A woman I am very grateful to say is one of my dearest friends to day. Secondly, God brought Rev. Day Hunter and the Community Church which is now the Cathedral of Light into my life. God introduced Rev. Kay in the most clever way. I was reading a newspaper article about Rev. Kay, and she was described as “like being hugged by a giant, loving marshmallow.” This created a picture in my mind I just had to check out, and I have been with her ever since. It definitely was love at first hug. On that first Sunday, the congregation recited “This I believe”, and I knew that is what I believe. I am home.
It is an awesome and humbling experience to know that in this year I will become an ordained minister by Rev. Kay Hunter at the Cathedral of Light. Is is awesome in the awareness that this has been God’s plan all along the way.
So this remembering process is what NET triggered for me. After the session I heard a very kind voice in my head say “you had to come back. You have very important work we need you to do.” There has been no more back pain after that session, only a willingness to serve my Creator. To this I say bless you to the creators of NET and a tremendous thank you to one of their finest practitioners, Therese Walsh. . Jerri Cleveland, march 2003
Elixir Tonic and Teas, by Jeff Stein and Edgar Veytia

Master Teacher Jeffrey Yuen
Jeffrey Yuen comes from two Daoist lineages – 88th generation of the Yu Qing Huang Lao Pai (Jade Purity Yellow Emperor Lao Zi School) and 26th generation of the Quan Zhen Long Men Pai (Complete Reality Dragon Gate School). His Daoist name for each tradition is respectively Yuan Xu and Song De.
Mr. Yuen trained under his adopted grandfather, the late Daoist Master Yu Wen (1872-1981) of the Yu Qing Huang Lao Pai, a sect from the Shang Qing tradition of Daoism that developed during the later Han Dynasty (3rd Cent. CE). Master Yu Wen trained in Mt. Hua and learned all the facets of Daoism, including the classics; rites and liturgies; healing arts; and divination. He later traveled extensively throughout China and served as the lineage holder of the Daoist martial arts system know as Wu Xing Quan/Five Element Fist - an internal and monastic style of Hua Shan. Having a strong resonance with Daoist teachings ever since childhood, Jeffrey studied extensively under Master Yu Wen and was allowed to openly practice and serve the community when he was 16 years old.
In addition to his ordainment within the Yu Qing Huang Lao Pai, Jeffrey was ordained by Master Lu Xin-Xu of the Quan Zhen Long Men Pai as an expression of gratitude. When arriving to the United States on a visitor's visa, Master Lu served as one of the Daoist priests of the American Daoist and Buddhist Association in New York City. Master Lu later decided to stay in the United States and thus applied for permanent residency under the status for special reasons (namely, religious persecution in China at that time). His initial application was rejected by the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service on the grounds that Daoism was a philosophy and not a religion. Due to Jeffrey's effort, Daoism became recognized as a major religious tradition of China by INS.
Mr. Yuen also studied Chinese herbal medicine with Master Gong Song-Liu, a eunuch for the last two emperors of the Qing Dynasty who apprenticed with the imperial medical physicians. As a friend of Master Yu Wen, Gong was persuaded to teach Jeffrey, imparting his deep knowledge of Chinese medicine over a period of 8 years. At the age of 100, Master Gong felt deeply satisfied with his transmission to Jeffrey and left for China.
In the martial arts arena, Jeffrey also trained under many eminent masters. Among these masters are Leung Shum (Northern Eagle Claw), Lo Ching-Sum (Vietnamese Jing Wu Association), Chan Hai-Fu (White Crane's Eagle-In-Cotton), Chan Tai Shan (Tibetan Lama Style), Yao Mei-Hua (Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan), Wang Qing Shan (Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan), and Cui Yan (Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan).
Jeffrey currently believes that he can contribute to the practice of Chinese medicine in this country by spreading the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine. In that regards, he continues to teach extensively throughout the United States and abroad. Jeffrey serves as Dean for Academic Affairs for the Swedish Institute's School of Acupuncture and Oriental Studies (NY) and New England School of Acupuncture (MA). His teachings have served as the basis of a state-approved doctoral program offered by the American University of Complementary Medicine (AUCM) in Los Angeles, CA.
Jeffrey Yuen apprenticed for more than 20 years in Classical Chinese Medicine and other Taoist Healing Arts with Master Taoist Priest and Physician, Yu Wen, who transmitted his lineage to Jeffrey Yuen before the former's death at age 108. Jeffrey Yuen is recognized internationally to be a Master of Classical Chinese Medicine, Taoism, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Tai Ji Chuan, and Qi Gong.
Fields of Specialization include Chinese Medical Classics, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Chinese Medicine, Tai Ji Chuan, Qi Gong, Taoist Philosophy. He has served as a Guest Lecturer at Rockefeller University, City University of New York, San Francisco State University, Vassar College, and is the only non-M.D. acupuncturists on faculty for the American Association of Acupuncture Physicians. In addition to teaching and directing the Acupuncture Master's Degree program at Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, Mr. Yuen regularly provides Continuing Education lectures for Licensed Acupuncturists in Italy, California, and New York
